Of all the cookware I've purchased, the price of this made me nervous. However, I've made perfect tamagoyaki several times and they are still sliding out like it's brand new. The key to this little unit is to remove from the heat when you roll your eggs as the pan is fairly [but not too] thin. I've been cracking 5 eggs to make 2 rolls in this size pan. Now, my daughter gives me funny looks if I serve her regular scrambled eggs!
